When a lot is genuinely worse than that (clear signs of use, missing parts, or a mix of grades in one pallet) our team relabels it before listing — look for Gently Used, Used, Easy Fix, Heavy Use, Major Fix, or Mixed Condition. Lot photos and notes back up the grade so you know what you're bidding on.
A 10% buyer's premium is added to every winning bid at checkout, plus sales tax where required. No other hidden fees — pickup is free and your invoice shows the breakdown.
